Symptoms

When attempting to create a rent increase, the following error occurs.

"You selected a term template which has missing data for term creation. Please review the term template"



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: Leases and Documents -> Rent Increase -> Enter Rent Increase
