Recoverable Flag Not Flowing From Receipt to Deliver Transaction for Internal Req/ Internal SO (Doc ID 2308610.1)

Symptoms

All the setup (Item classification , Claim term definition for org, taxes of recoverable nature) are completed
 When receipt transaction for ISO GRR is done, then the recoverable flag is there in India Tax Details screen at GRR, but when same GRR is delivered the recoverable flag vanishes ,
this causes  the GRR tax to get accounted to Purchase Price Variance ( PPV ) account instead of Interim Recovery
