On : 12.2.6 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to create Return Order using the Copy Order functionality,
the following error occurs.

Error: A Party Tax Profile does not exist for this Party. (PARTY_TYPE=LEGAL_ESTABLISHMENT) (PARTY_NAME=l_party_name)


ISSUE SCOPE
-------------------------
Issue is limited to orders which are being created as Return Order using the Copy Order functionality. While creating the Return Order using the Sales Order form (Not Using the Copy Order Functionality), Order gets created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A. Login to Oracle Applications.
B. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
C. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
D. Open the Sales Order form
E. Query the existing Sales Order form
D. Click on Actions Button and Select "Copy Order" from Actions List of Values
F. Select the desired Return Order Type and Return Line Type and then Click on OK.
G. Copy Order fails with below error:

Error: A Party Tax Profile does not exist for this Party. (PARTY_TYPE=LEGAL_ESTABLISHMENT) (PARTY_NAME=l_party_name)
