Deleting Order Releases Deletes Line Release Status Entry From Associated Order Base Line

Symptoms
In the scenario where Order Releases are being created from Order Base with Order Base Lines, Initially Order Base Line Status LINE RELEASE STATUS has a value "LINE RELEASE STATUS_NEW" before a release is created. It changes to LINE RELEASE STATUS_COMPLETE once an order release is created. Later, if Users delete the Order Release created from the Order Base, LINE RELEASE STATUS entry for the Order Base Line is deleted. The expected behavior is the LINE RELEASE STATUS on the Order Base Line should be updated to LINE RELEASE STATUS_NEW.
