Symptoms
Preparation for a Mass Update of Rates.
When press to download the rates and received the below error
Errors out with message
''SQL error: ORA-01841: (full) year must be between -4713 and +9999, and not be 0 occurred processing stored SQL for Content 805:PDW_MASS_UPD_RATES_CNT''
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to US HRMS Responsibility
2. Select Total Compensation Setup wizard
3. Select Health and Welfare Program
4. Click Mass Update of Rates
Enter Date - 27-DEC-2017
Select PDW Employee Benefits Program
Date Track Mode - Make changes from effective date onwards
Select Plan Type - Medical
Plan - Health Plan II
5. Hit Go and Click on Download to Spreadsheet
6. Click Create
And the error displays
