Not Able To Upload Terminated Assignments Using Manage Assignment Set (Doc ID 2310379.1)

Goal

"Manage Assignment Set" functionality does not allow to upload terminated assignments. Terminated assignments are not listed in the LOV. If entering the assignment number or full name directly, it throws the following error while uploading.

The assignment is not found. Please ensure that the assignment number is valid. Also ensure that the full name is correct if it is specified.
