12.2 E-Business Suite Report Manager - Report Sets Are Not Displayed In The LOV For Submission In Report Manager

Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Report Manager, Core Report Functionality issues

 


The Report Manager user interface does not display the available report sets in the LOV for submission.

Report Sets are only displayed in LOV for submission with Report Manager, when the user has System Administrator access.

Users confirm the correct request sets appear using navigation path General Ledger -> Reports -> Request -> Financial -> Single Report Set.

However when attempting to submit a Report Set using Report Manager Main Menu -> Report Submission -> Report Set, The report set list of values (LOV) is empty.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the Report Manager Main Menu.

2. Select Report Submission -> Report Set.

3. Confirm the LOV is empty.


The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot access the required report set LOV list.
