ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a document of record is rejected by an approver and sent back to the requestor, rejection comments are not included in the rejection notification.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a document of record is rejected by an approver and sent back to the requestor, rejection comments should be included in the rejection notification.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service
2. Document of Record
3. Create a DOR
4. Submit to approval
5. Log in as the approver
6. Open the approval notification
7. Reject with a note
8. Log in as the Employee
9. See the FYI notification: Documents of Record for xxx has been rejected.
No details/comments are shown in the notification of the rejection.
