Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating an order release and attempting to save the order, the following error is observed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to create an order successfully with no errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. From Order Management -> Order Release -> Order Release create a new order
2. Input the required data for the order release including the order release line and/or ship unit data.
3. Click Finished to save the order
4. The exception is observed
