Symptoms
Planning does not evaluate equipment group as per itinerary leg constraint.
When shipment is planned by bulk planning order movement the equipment group is not picked up correctly. However it is the same order is planned directly by bulk planning the equipment group gets picked up correctly on the shipment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Order Management > Order Movement >
2. Query for the order release and do bulk plan
