Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Descriptive flexfields (EXCEPT setup or Flexbuilder issues)

Oacore services restart issue. The oacore logfile shows the following error:

at oracle.apps.fnd.flexj.KeyFlexfield.getCCIDFromDynamicInsertion(KeyFlexfield.java:2062)
at oracle.apps.fnd.flexj.KeyFlexfield.getCCIDFromDB(KeyFlexfield.java:2308)
at oracle.apps.fnd.flexj.FlexGenericCacheLoader.load(FlexGenericCacheLoader.java:87)
