In Buyers Work Center (BWC) Purchase Order Validations Are Getting Triggered When Selecting A Communication Method in the Header (Doc ID 2314591.1)

Symptoms

When entering PO header data, validations are getting triggered when selecting a communication method.

The Save button is not clicked.

Note: Not all the required header information is listed (e.g. Default Ship-To Location).

In other words it's like the users have clicked the SAVE button but they have not. So Pop up messages appear for any unentered required fields.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Buyer Work Center
2  Create a new standard Purchase Order
3. Enter the header info-comm method field --user checking email box
4. Validation notifications pop up
