Symptoms

When attempting to add a salary record, the following error occurs:

APP-PAY-51258: The Frequency Period is not Valid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: People > Enter and Maintain > Find an Employee > Assignment > Salary > Click button 'Add New Salary' > Enter date at the "From" field > Error
