ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to drag and drop a shipment into the Driver Gantt chart in a configured workbench, the shipment start time is automatically assigned to the system date on the server instead of the time of where the shipment was "dropped" on the chart. After this initial assignment, the user must manually drag and drop the assigned shipment from the Driver Gantt chart to the desired time on the chart for which it is assigned properly.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected to be able to drag and drop a shipment into the Driver Gantt chart to the desired time initially

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Configure a workbench with the Driver Gantt chart, driver table, and a shipment table.
2. Add a driver to the Driver Gantt chart.
3. From the shipment table, drag and drop a shipment to the Driver Gantt chart for the driver that was added in step 2. Ensure to drop the shipment in future time (i.e. one day ahead from the current time)
4. The shipment will be assigned to the driver, however the shipment start date/time will be the current system date/time.
