Link to Requisition for Solicitations not returning results
A Solicitation is created from a PR and while the Solicitation is in draft a new line is manually created. The new line is selected and the user tries to Link Requisition line. The search window pops up and the search criteria is populated. The search is not returning any PRs.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that when the requisition and line number are entered that there will be a value returned.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to create a solicitation
2. Add a line manually from a requisition
3. Search on the requisition and line number
no values are returned
