Related to <Bug 18971718> - TST1223:ATGUI:GO TO FULL WORKLIST LINK IN FINANCIAL TAB REDIRECTS TO ERROR PAGE.

Randomly, users are facing the issue where the bell icon in the Oracle Home page that shows up the open notification crashes whenever users clicks on the
the same to see the latest notifications. this is causing inconvenience to the users.
