Symptoms
Within EBS, when attempting to ship confirm a delivery which has serialized items with individual serial numbers, multiple ship items are created based on the individual serial numbers. The resulting EBS XML has multiple SHIPITEM elements with the same delivery detail number. This results in the translation of the EBS XML to GTM XML with identical TransactionLine elements. When sending the delivery to OTM/GTM, the transmission fails processing at OTM/GTM with the below exception.
Note: This issue is not seen in case of serialized items with range serial numbers.
