Symptoms

Program 'Import Price Catalogs' completes in error with the following error messages when importing Quotation.
ORA-01403: no data found in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_MAINPROC_UTL_PVT. Procedure get_quotation_class_code.10
ORA-01403: no data found in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_HEADER_PROCESS_PVT. Procedure default_headers.60
ORA-01403: no data found in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_MAINPROC_PVT. Procedure process_headers.30
ORA-01403: no data found in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_MAINPROC_PVT. Procedure process.10
ORA-01403: no data found in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_PVT. Procedure start_process.110
User-Defined Exception in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_Concurrent. Procedure POXPDOI.30

It works fine for importing Blanket Agreements.
