As part of defining organizational security, this table needs to be populated with each organization/responsibility combination.
Manually entering thousands of records is time consuming and impacts implementation plans.

Is there an API or other method to bulk load responsibilities/organizations into the Organization Access Table (ORG_ACCESS)?
