On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting
OPM Create Accounting - Accounting Program gives below error for 2 transactions
ERROR

The Accounting Program for Oracle Subledger Accounting cannot successfully save the entry for technical reasons. ORA-01722: invalid number.
The journal entry cannot be saved. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility -> OPM Financials
2. View -> Requests -> Submit a New Request
3. Submit the Create Accounting request
