Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase to Pay Flow

After upgrading the instance from 11i to 12.2:

When running the Funds Check Projects Report Analyzer, it shows the following upgrade error:

 

ERROR
Error: Some project commitment records have not been properly upgraded.
