When Trying To See Organization Hierarchy In Hierarchy Diagrammer It Gives Error. (Doc ID 2318990.1)

Symptoms


When opening the organization hierarchy diagrammer, the following error occurs: 

Your userarea applet has caused a runtime exception, the applet will be
terminated to ensure continued functioning of your form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Global Super HRMS Manager> Work Structures>Organization>Org Diagrammer
2. Error is reported.
