Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating an order entering ship unit weight in KG (where the default base UOM is LB), the resulting rating action from the "Get Buy Rate" action send the wrong weight value to SMC. For example, if an order is entered with a ship unit weight of 1000 KG, OTM sends the rate request to SMC with a value of 1000 LB for weight instead of the converted weight base value of 2204 LB. This results in significantly cheaper rate result returned by the "Get Buy Rate" action that are incorrect. The issue is not seen when using the "Show Routing Options" action when building a shipment for the order. The correct weight value is sent in the request to SMC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the "Get Buy Rate" action within the order send the appropriate weight values for ship units when rating shipments from SMC.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create an order with a ship unit weight value in KG (Note: This example assumes your base UOM is LB).
2. From the constraints tab on the order, select "Get Buy Rate"
3. The resulting rate returned from RatewareXL will be lower than expected as the request from OTM included the wrong weight. To verify check a log file with SOAPClientDetails logging label enabled to see the weight value included in the rate request:
