Symptoms

While trying to save records in the receiving screen getting this error message.

APP-PO-14142: rcv_header_th.event-000: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in rcv_header_th.event. The SQL error is ORA-0000; normal, successful completion
Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for further assistance
