Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Patch Application Issues

12.2.7 RUP: Worker fails due to ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_PROJECT_STATUSES_U2) violated

Updating EBS from 12.2.6 to 12.2.7 (24690690) and getting subject error from patch worker. Skipped this worker to finish the patch run and it was the only one that failed.


Dumped the batch (PA_PROJECT_STATUSES APPROVED PROJECT , PA_PROJECT_STATUSES 1000 OPEN_ASGMT ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
