When trying to rollback "Transfer to GL" when there is a post process (e.g. Journal Import), the request completes with status=Normal even though the following error is printed in the request log.
You cannot mark this process for retry as there has been subsequent post-run pro
cessing for this payroll. To remedy this you can mark the subsequent process for

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run "Transfer to GL".
- Run "Journal Import".
- Rollback "Transfer to GL".
