In Buyer Work Center,  one Requisition is able to be auto-created into two similar Purchase Order by two different users.

e.g.

Requisition number = XXX

Purchase order 1  linked Requisition XXX (created by user A). Order Date = 22-06-2016, 9:45:45
Purchase order 2  linked Requisition XXX (created by user B). Order Date = 22-06-2016, 9:45:46
