Universal Work Queue Is Blank And Does Not Populate Any Nodes

On : 12.1.3 version, Universal Work Queue
When opening Collection Agent Responsibility move into Collectors Work Queue and see that the UWQ form is blank.
The details can be seen using the search screen and querying for the customer account.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Collections > UWQ
2. Do not see any nodes or data in the grid.
