Symptoms
On BI Publisher 11.1.1.9.x version.
When attempting to access report, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lo gin with user.
2. Navigate to folder .
3. Click on report. Above mentioned error appears.
User has been assigned all the roles.
Catalog folders and report level permissions exist.
