On : 12.1 HRMS RUP10 version, Candidate Management
When attempting to add potential duplicate applicants, the following error occurs.
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
Exception details:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the responsibility iRecruitment Recruiter.
3. Navigate to iRecruitment Home-> Candidates-> Applicants.
4. Search for applicants using a first name, e.g. 'First_Name%'.
5. Click the Find Duplicates link for one of the records in the search results which appear to have a duplicate.
6. Click on the Add Potential Duplicate button.
7. Search for applicants using the same name used in item 5 above, e.g. <First_Name%>
8. Click the Go button.
