Symptoms

Project Performance Reporting reporting pages are displaying zero for many PTD and QTD burdened costs.

Project Performance Reporting pages display all planned amounts correctly and display ITD and YTD actual cost amounts correctly.
However, PTD and QTD burdened cost amounts display zero instead of the expected PTD and QTD costs.
Note that the COST(PSI) region of the project home page displays the actual cost totals for PTD/YTD/ITD correctly
