Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Framework, OA Framework related issues
Users report all responsibilities appear as "undefined" in Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) after entering a valid username and password.
In Firefox the responsibilities show up correctly, but when users click on them nothing happens and no error is received.
The expected behavior is successful user access to responsibilities from the home page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Access the EBS URL
2. Login as any user
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access any responsibility functions
