Goal
When attempting to create a seeded Projects timecard, the following error occurs.
"Your timecard status has changed and you cannot complete this action at this time
Hrs - You cannot delete this item. It has been adjusted in Oracle Projects.
Hrs - You cannot delete this item. It has been adjusted in Oracle Projects.
Hrs - You cannot delete this item. It has been adjusted in Oracle Projects."
