IMAP Randomly Dropping Off Processing With oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.ProcessorException: Unable to move message Error (Doc ID 2325064.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customer is using exchange server and their IMAP mailbox that's randomly dropped off processing INBOX folder.

Following errors are from Workflow Mailer log.
