Symptoms

Project Billing Retention Terms like: Total Amount, Billing Percentage and Billing Amount are not editable once saved. Users are not able to change the amount or percentage.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Project -> Options -> Billing Information -> Retention

2. Billing Terms -> Update

3. Observe the changes cannot be saved
