Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Material Move Orders
When attempting to pick release sales order.
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Pick Release process could not allocate NNNNN of item XXXXXXX for order NNNNNN as there was insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back ordered.
Entering WSH_XC_UTIL.LOG_EXCEPTION (WSHXCUTB.pls 120.15)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Item is lot control with indivisible , pick release sales order of the item you will see the error
