SEND DOCUMENT CONTENT Not Working (Doc ID 2325639.1)

Symptoms

When using an agent with the Action: SEND DOCUMENT CONTENT, the document is not printed.
When using the Manual Process - Send Document from Document without using agents, this is working fine.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Shipment Management
2. Select the Shipment
3. Go to Actions, Operational Planning, PRINT LABEL

The document is not getting printed
