Unable to create customer credit application

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Enter basic information such as the following:

Navigation: Credit Management Super User > Application > Search > Customer Name > View Accounts > Create Credit Application >
Credit Review Purpose: Credit Review > Credit Classification: Moderate Risk > Amount Requested: > Currency Requested: USD > Application Date: Today's date > Requestor: Select Name

Click on Save for Later or Submit.
