Symptoms
When sending in a XML transmission that has 4 Elements in it, in the Transmission Header having included <IsProcessInSequence>Y</IsProcessInSequence> to ensure that the transactions get processed in the correct order, this is not happening and transactions are getting processed out of sequence resulting in inconsistent data and transaction failures.
The customer also checked the I_Transmission table and IS_PROCESS_IN_SEQUENCE column has 'N' for this transaction ad does the Data Base even though they specified it in the transmission header.
