When creating an EIT row for a custom EIT type the API throws the following error :

ORA-20001: You cannot assign the same role more than once for a person.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Sql plus.

2. Execute the API HR_PERSON_EXTRA_INFO_API.create_person_extra_info by passing required parameters.
