E-Business Suite R12 Concurrent Processing, Concurrent Manager Issues

 Output Post Processing Manager, Workflow Agent Listener Service, and Workflow Mailer Service managers are going to status "System Hold, Fix Manager before resetting counters".

The status change occurs in the Concurrent Administer screen immediately after startup.
