Cannot Cancel PO Due to There Are Some Pending Changes to the Document in the Current Revision Error (Doc ID 2330648.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When trying to cancel PO Release which status is "Requires Reapproval", the following error happens.

Error
There are some pending changes to the document in the current revision.System could not revert those changes. Please undo those changes revision before taking the cancel action.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Search PO release which status is "Requires Reapproval" in Purchase order summary form
  2. Click tool > Control
  3. Cancel Release
