Symptoms


When attempting to create a shipment in LCM module (Landed cost management), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No records meet your search criteria.Cause: There are no records that match your search criteria. Action: Re-enter your search criteria with fewer or different parameters


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approve purchase order.
2. Go To: Landed cost management workbench>Shipments.
