Symptoms
TransmissionReport (Acknowledgments) from OTM to an External System are failing because of the 6.4.2 Namespace. The External System is using the Target Namespace of NONE or NONE (COMPATIBILITY MODE) but it is still sending the new 6.4.2 Namespace to the External System where the failure occurs.
ERROR SEEN

The value is invalid.
The result of from-spec is null.
Either the from node value or the xpath query in the from node value was invalid.
According to BPEL4WS spec 1.1 section 14.3, the from node value should not be empty. Verify the from node value at line number 133 in the BPEL source.
