Order Release Allocation View Screen Doesn't Populate All Fields

Symptoms
An Order Release is planned onto a shipment and allocated. When the Order Release is displayed in VIEW mode, the section "Order Release Allocation" and "Order Release Line Allocation" is not displaying all information. Such as:
Shipment ID
Perspective
Transport Mode
Equipment Group
Service Provider
Voucher ID
Invoice ID
Changes
