Goal

How to set material overhead of item cost as a percentage of just Material's total cost?

When using Total value to Basis Types, it earned as a percentage of the item’s total cost less any this level material overhead.
It is not percentage of just Material's total cost.　Also, in standard costing, there is no suitable hooks.
