FRM-40654 Error When Trying To Delete Attachment Uploaded From Document Catalog (Doc ID 2331128.1)

Symptoms

Performing the following steps generates the Error:

1. Navigate to Isignature user Responsibility =>Files Approval
2. Upload file
3. Query any item, go to path :Inventory =>Master item
4. Press attachment Icon
5. Press document Catalog Button
6. Press Attach1 button
7. System return to attachment form and save the record
8. On Trying to remove this record after press OK got the following error message

FRM-40654 : Record has been updated. Requery block to see change
