Tracking Events do not get added for FRENCH LANGUAGE preference. After adding an event, if you view the tracking events for this shipment (Actions >> Gestion des expéditions >> Evénements >> Afficher les événements de suivi d'expédition), the event will not be displayed in the history of events.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
FRENCH:
1. Gestion des expéditions -> Gestion des expéditions -> Expéditions (achat) -> Rechercher and select a shipment.
2. Go to Actions >> Gestion des expéditions >> Evénements >> Ajouter un événement pour le lieu;
3. Tracking event window will be opened.
4. Select CARRIER in the Responsible Party field, DELIVERED in the Status Field, COMPLETED UNLOADING AT DELIVERY LOCATION in the below listed options, NO ERROR in the Reason field and NORMAL STATUS below. Enter EVENT DATE AND TIME after shipment end time. Event location as last stop of the shipment.
5. Click on "Enregistrer et ajouter un evenement" event to add tracking event.
