Symptoms

Trying to insert/update descriptive element values through API inv_item_catalog_elem_pub.process_item_catalog_grp_recs for missing item catalog descriptive elements . However, not able to successfully
accomplish this task for items since encounter the following error information from concurrent request 'Item Catalog Group Descriptive Elements Open Interface import'.
