Symptoms

The 'Calculate Shipment Cost' action overwrites the Shipment's Tender Contact ID.

01. Enable the 'glog.webserver.uic.getTenderInfo.showTenderInfoPage' property to be able to pick tender contact from a list.
02. Plan a shipment
03. Run the Secure Resources action > Change the contact from "A" which is the Service Provider to "B"
04. Run the "Calculate Shipment Cost" action
05. Now the Tender Contact ID is "C"
